Please read the checklist below before sending in your application

Application Form

• Have you signed and dated the application form? (including the third page terms and conditions).

Signature Card

• When opening a childrens account as a Trustee or Signatory the signature card should be filled in with the child's details and signed on behalf by the Trustee or Signatory.

• If you are a Trustee or Signatory to an account you should also fill in a signature card for yourself.

Identification

• Trustee's and Signatory's are also required to present ID, if copy documents are being presented please ensure they have been authorised by a professional.

• Please check the Identification Criteria online to avoid delaying your application.

Cash/Cheque

• Don't forget to enclose the money to open the account!
