Customer Satisfaction

We sincerely hope that you will at all times be satisfied with the service you receive from the Chorley Building Society.

The Society continually strives to improve the service we offer and your feedback is important to us. One of the methods we use to monitor your feedback is by a Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire.

The Society analyses these questionnaires monthly and has based the level of customer satisfaction felt by our members on the question "Would you recommend the Society to family and friends?" During 2008 over 90% of members who were asked that question said yes, they would recommend us to family and friends.

However, we will not rest on our laurels and we are constantly trying to find new ways of improving our service to you, our customers.
