The Chorley and District Building Society is run day to day by a senior management team overseen by an elected Board of Directors. The Society has a framework of authorities in place which maps the structure of high level delegation below Board level and specifies those matters which remain the responsibility of the Board. Board Committees From a risk management perspective there are four Board appointed committees that report directly to the Board, these are the Audit Risk & Compliance Committee, the Assets and Liabilities Committee (ALCO), the Mortgage and Savers Product Committee and the Mortgage Application Committee.
