Mortgages for Professionals
Our mortgages for professionals are available if you currently work, or have recently qualified, and are in receipt of a salary or bursary, from the following professions : Accountants, Actuaries, Architects, Barristers, Chartered Surveyors, Commercial Pilots, Dentists, Medical Doctors, Locums, Optometrists, Pharmacists, Solicitors, and Vets. Other professionals may be considered, however the applicant must be a member of their professional body and hold industry recognised qualification(s). Professionals moving to Self Employed from salaried employment may also be considered.
The Fee Assisted Remortgage Package offers various incentives as it is designed to support new members looking to move their mortgage to the Society.
Our large mortgage product is designed to support your clients looking for a larger mortgage between £400,000 and £1,000,000 with a discounted variable interest rate for 2 years and no application fee, or scheme fee.

Our Buy To Let mortgage is designed to support your clients who own no more than 3 Buy To Let properties and intend to use the property for investment purposes only.

Self Build Mortgages
Our self-build mortgages are designed to release money to buy the plot/property, capped at a maximum 85% of the purchase price or value of the land and then release the money for the build in stages. The total advance must not exceed 80% of the estimated final valuation, once the property is complete.LTV’s are subject to lending criteria and products.
