CHAPS/Telegraphic Transfer fee to a UK bank or building society This fee covers the administration costs of sending money electronically to a nominated bank/building society account. If this is received before 3pm on a working day it will be processed that day. If this is received after 3pm it will be processed the next working day.	£25
Replacement passbook Passbooks that are lost or stolen in the first instance will be replaced free of charge. Passbooks that are lost on a subsequent occasion will incur a charge for replacement.	£10
