Building Society values

We take great pride in being a successful Building Society, which is owned and run for the benefit of its Members– savers and borrowers just like you.

Whilst the world has changed in many ways since the 1850s, we have remained true to our traditional mutual values, by providing an individual service to all our Members. We attribute our success to delivering simple, and flexible products that are of benefit to our Members and intermediaries, both regionally and nationally.

In addition to providing savings and mortgages to our Members, we support numerous charities and local community groups through our Chorley High Five initiative – our commitment to donate 5% of operating profits annually to good causes. To find out more about Chorley High Five click here.
