CHAPS/Telegraphic Transfer fee to a UK bank or building society

This fee covers the administration costs of sending money electronically to a nominated bank/building society account. If this is received before 3pm on a working day it will be processed that day. If this is received after 3pm it will be processed the next working day.

Replacement Passbook

Passbooks that are lost or stolen in the first instance will be replaced free of charge. Passbooks that are lost on a subsequent occasion will incur a charge for replacement.
