Mortgage Summary

The following is a representative example based on a mortgage of £230,000 payable over 25 years initially on a fixed rate of 5.99% until 30th April 2027, a further discounted rate of 7.34% until 31st January 2031, followed by our Standard Variable Rate of 8.59%.
